Enthusiastic, determined, and smiley are all words that have frequently been used to describe me! My professional journey started in my home of Iowa doing agricultural work to automotive repair and now, massage therapy/bodywork. I often tell people ‘I went from fixing cars to fixing bodies.’
I am particularly motivated by assisting clients with managing and alleviating pain, as I find the human body’s musculoskeletal system to be a fascinating area of study. My approach involves integrating Deep Tissue massage and Trigger-Point Therapy into Swedish massage techniques, along with what I term muscle shearing- which is also known as Myofascial release.
