I started my journey in holistic healing in 2009 on the Central Coast of California. I specialize in deep tissue and pain management while offering an integrative and individualized approach for each session or individual’s needs.
I am a Licensed and Certified Massage Therapist in North Carolina and California. I teach massage at California Holistic Institute in San Luis Obispo, CA and Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC. My classes include deep tissue, comprehensive side lying, Swedish, pre-natal, geriatric, and integrative massage. Other modalities that I am certified in are Cupping, Graston Technique, and Aquatic Integration. I am a certified yoga instructor as well, and have a great understanding of body mechanics and postural deviations. I especially enjoy creating long-term client relationships.
One of the many reasons I moved to the mountains was to build my therapy pool and introduce others to the healing powers of warm water therapy. I have always had a love for water and all types of movement. I have a great appreciation for the outdoors; that is usually where you will find me engaged in many activities when I am not helping others find their path to healing. I moved to the mountains of Western North Carolina from California in the winter of 2023 with my husband, horse, 3 dogs, and a cat.
