My journey began in 2012 at yoga teacher training in India where we spent 12+ hours a day in devotion to our mind-body connection; this inevitably opened the door to my journey into massage therapy. In addition, my work as a birth doula and my own transformation into motherhood deepened my awe for the human body, the wisdom of the nervous system, and the transformative power of presence.
During a session I truly listen to my clients’ specific needs and boundaries, then strive to create a safe and nurturing space for relaxation and self discovery. I bring a grounded, mindful, and intentional energy to my work that promotes regulation, reducing stress, and restoring harmony to the body. Each session is uniquely curated ensuring that every treatment honors each client’s unique journey toward wellness.
