LMBT #19226

I believe in the healing power of touch to bring us closer to ourselves and to connect better with others. I see bodywork as a collaboration between giver and receiver. My clients trust me as a trained professional with the skills and tools to facilitate deep relaxation and healing, and they hold the expert wisdom within themselves to guide and integrate my work. I enjoy building long-term therapeutic relationships with clients, getting to know their individual needs as they shift over time, and incorporating their feedback to create a customized transformative experience each time we meet.

I specialize in working with highly sensitive people and individuals experiencing chronic illness, chronic pain, and/or hypermobility. My practice is slow, grounded, and intuitive, with an integrative style that blends my experience in traditional Swedish massage, Thai Massage, Myofascial techniques, and Neuromuscular Therapy. I completed massage training with a certification in Neuromuscular Therapy at Guilford Technical Community College in Greensboro, NC. Before that, I received a BFA in classical ballet from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem. When I am not at work, you can usually find me spending time with my pets, tending to my garden, or studying herbalism.
