My path into bodywork has been shaped by a lifelong interest in the connection between body, mind, and spirit. I have been practicing yoga for nearly three decades and recently completed my 500-hour yoga teacher training through Asheville Yoga Center. My years of study in yoga and holistic wellness deeply influence the way I approach massage and healing touch.
My massage style emphasizes slow, flowing strokes, attentive presence, and pressure thoughtfully tailored to each guest’s needs. I enjoy blending relaxation-focused techniques with gentle compressions and grounding touch to help calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural ability to release tension.
My intention is to create a welcoming space where you can settle into the table, breathe deeply, and allow your body and mind to fully relax. Whether you are seeking stress relief, physical restoration, or simply time to unwind, I look forward to helping you leave your session feeling lighter, more balanced, and renewed.
