After trying various healing modalities for my chronic muscle tightness, I found lasting relief through massage. I wanted to share these meaningful changes brought to my life by becoming a massage therapist and found myself studying at Western North Carolina School of Massage. It was there that I discovered a deeper connection to humanity through the power of body work and being of service.

In 2022, I had the privilege of expanding my skills by becoming certified in Esalen® massage, which is a deeply intuitive and relaxing approach allowing stress to fall away from the mind and the body.

My goal is to meet someone with where their body is in a given moment. I blend neuromuscular therapy, aiming to deactivate trigger points in chronically tightened muscle, with the incredibly relaxing flow of Esalen to bring the body’s central nervous system into balance with the musculoskeletal system.

My practice has a strong Esalen foundation with elements of Swedish, Trigger-Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Therapy.
