The information below answers many of the questions our guests ask before scheduling their appointment, including booking details, payment, therapist preferences, accessibility, and what to expect before your visit. Taking a moment to review these details can help ensure a seamless and relaxing experience from the very beginning.

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your digital intake form. For couples massages, the link allows one guest to complete the form online. Additional guests will complete a paper intake form at check-in.
If you have a gender preference or would like to request a specific massage therapist for your couples massage, please call our front desk at 828-301-2113 when booking. We cannot guarantee therapist preferences unless we receive your request directly.
If you select “Any Massage Therapist” during online booking, your assigned therapist may change without notice if scheduling requires.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment but will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment may be made after your service using a credit card, cash, or gift certificate.
North Carolina law requires a parent or legal guardian to remain in the treatment room during a minor’s massage. Many families choose to schedule a couples massage so the parent can receive a massage at the same time. A parent or guardian consent form is required at check-in.
Thai Massage is performed fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for movement. Long sleeves and pants are recommended for comfort and temperature regulation.
Please let us know how far along you are when booking. We offer a pregnancy bolster and wedge for second and third trimester clients, as well as supportive body pillows for side-lying positioning to ensure your comfort throughout the treatment.
Our spa is wheelchair accessible through our street-level rear entrance via Carolina Lane. Because our main entrance is accessed by stairs, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you require accessible entry so we can prepare for your arrival. Our hydraulic massage tables can also be adjusted for easier access on and off the table.
