Originally from Florida, I struggled with chronic pain in my forearms and wrists, and the only relief I found came through regular massage. Inspired both by this healing journey and by my mother, who was a massage therapist herself, I developed a fascination for massage that led me to Asheville, where I attended Western North Carolina School of Massage, specializing in Swedish and neuromuscular techniques. Soon after, I became certified in Ashiatsu massage.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me in my garden—my two greatest passions, plants and massage, beautifully intertwined. The healing energy I absorb from tending to nature flows naturally through my hands at the massage table. Drawing from my personal experience with chronic pain, I am dedicated to helping others find relief and balance in their bodies and lives.
