As a yoga teacher and massage therapist, I bring a deep passion for anatomy, movement, and holistic wellness to every session. My inquiry-based approach combines a strong scientific foundation with intuitive bodywork, allowing me to tailor each massage to your unique needs. I view massage as a form of moving meditation and attune closely to each client while incorporating breathwork, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point release to help calm the nervous system and ease chronic patterns of tension and pain.
Outside the treatment room, I teach anatomy and physiology at a local massage school and am preparing to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my partner, my cats, and six chickens.
