Laura Seiler

Hi! I’m Laura, a bodyworker and yoga teacher who specializes in working with people (especially women) who are embracing a path of reclaiming their health, wellness and unique beautiful worth. I draw from over two decades of practice and teaching in the massage and yoga worlds. My personal yoga and prayer practice often informs the way I “see” people and work with their bodies, giving me a place to joyfully and compassionately meet and help my fellow humans.

I offer custom crafter personal yoga training and healing massage therapy sessions. Bodywork sessions with me are a blend of relaxation massage, intuitive energy rebalancing and visualization, hot stone therapy and deep tissue re-alignment. Technically, my work draws from years of training in Thai Massage, Lomi-Lomi, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, and Deep Tissue fascial unwinding.

I am so pleased to be a member of our amazing team of healers and to work in the stunning healing arts sanctuary of Urban Exhale. I hope to have the pleasure of working with you soon.

Amazing and calming relaxation room while awaiting your massage. You do not feel like you are in the city at all! Professional and courteous greeting and just a calming service overall. I am not really big on massages, my wife likes the couples massage when we vacation,, but this was one of the best massages I have ever had. She rated it in the top three for her, and she goes to various places often. Five stars no questions asked!!!

Urban Exhale Massage is a beautiful facility tucked away in downtown Asheville. For my visit in July, I selected AJ, and he is the best massage therapist I have ever had. His demeanor is so calm and relaxing, and he has a very intuitive, healing touch. I was so sore walking into my 1 hour Jade Orchid massage, and I walked out feeling like a new human being. I only wish that I lived in or near Asheville and that I had booked a 90 minute session with him while I was visiting. I would work with him on a regular basis! I highly recommend AJ and Urban Exhale Massage.

Oh my gosh!!! This place is magical!!! John Valentine, massage therapist, healer, death doula, kind, compassionate warrior! I enter this sanctuary this morning feeling indescribable grief, pain and suffering. John Valentine welcomed me, listened to my sorrows, wiped my tears.
