My interest in bodywork was inspired by the amazing results I received from structural bodywork following a back injury. I became fascinated with Dr. Ida Rolf’s method of Structural Integration, a method that reorganizes the tissues for a deep and lasting effect. In 2017 I attended Asheville School of Massage and Yoga and have since received additional structural bodywork training under the tutelage of my original Rolf therapist. For the past 5 years I have practiced in various spas in western North Carolina, primarily focusing on deep tissue and relaxation-based treatments.

My personal and professional evolution have taught me how various traumas can shape a person. As a result, my interests have expanded into energetic medicine. I am currently enrolled in a Master’s level program in acupuncture at Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine.

I am incredibly grateful to learn and share healing modalities that cultivate an ever-expanding understanding of the body. I offer bodywork that is current and continuously evolving. As a practitioner I work slowly and smoothly to provide deep relaxation and highly effective pain management techniques with a firm, yet sensitive and gentle touch.
