My life had been enriched by cross-cultural work experiences, meditation, and movement practices for well over a decade before I decided to explore bodywork as a profession. In 2018, I lived in Thailand for five months to immerse myself in Traditional Thai Massage education. I returned to the US to study trauma-informed somatic bodywork at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, where I graduated in 2019. Today, as a student of Elemental CranioSacral therapy here in Asheville, I am continuing to deepen my understanding of the body’s more subtle healing and processing systems.
In my sessions, I aim to skillfully and intuitively tailor therapeutic massage that supports restful recovery from physical and emotional distress or limitation. Presence and compassion are always essential elements of my approach.
